I was forced out of my home June 28, 2011 because the HOA of Gardens South condominiums, in my personal opinion, waited too long to start fixing the problem it was having in the building I lived in, so the City of St George condemned "M" building. It's the condo just behind dairy queen on bluff street. My condo is bought and paid for. I have been struggling ever since I was forced to leave and am afraid I'm going to lose my car and possibly have no place to live. It's just me, my daughter and my 2 beautiful puppy dachshunds. I just can't seem to get ahead. The HOA has had over three years to come up with a solution to fix the problem, but I guess they just didn't care and did M building like they did L building. There are alot more details, but I won't go into them now. I could use $5000 that I don't have to pay back right now, because I really don't have the means to do so. I do work, but make only enough to barely pay the rent. I don't want to lose my car and I'd like to eat more than just ramen noodles. PLEASE HELP!!!! I sincerely mean this from my heart!
